What if everyone can tap into their own internal wellspring of energy?

Just as this natural spring stays afloat, you can sustain your focus by continuously reconnecting with the immediate environment.

Renewal doesn't require large, dramatic breaks but can be small bursts of "micro-charging" throughout the day. You refresh with each pause.

Every breath is a source of renewal.

When it comes to working productively, most of us have been conditioned to believe that it's normal to feel drained or exhausted – a battery blinking red by day's end.

A "high-performance" day equals an all-or-nothing sprint.

If that doesn't work for you, there's an alternative. 

Consider "micro-charging," the concept of restoring energy and focus through small, frequent bursts of brief pauses.

What if tapping into a "burst" of energy was as simple as taking a mindful breath?

Inhale. Exhale.

Picture your immediate environment as an unlimited charging station, where engaging your senses plugs you directly into an ever-present power source.

A mere inhale and exhale transform into a moment of energy renewal. Your breath and general body awareness become the channel to your vitality.

How might this way of working change your moment-to-moment experience?

🧠 MOMENTUM FEATURE OF THE WEEK

With productivity, there's a lot of focus (no pun intended!) on how you should work, especially how long.

The "break" tends to be an afterthought.

In reality, our breaks significantly impact our ability to sustain concentration throughout the day.

The tricky part is what works for you at 9 AM won't necessarily work the same at 3 PM. And what works on Monday might not work on Friday.

With Focus Mode, you can customize your break time as the day (and week) progresses.

Feeling a slump in energy? Increase your break time!

Start here: Choose a higher focus/break ratio earlier in the day and decrease the focus/break ratio when your energy levels dip. (For example, opting for 90 minutes of focus and a 15-minute break when you're fresh, and adjusting to 45/15 or 25/5 later in the day.)
